Under the guidance of Gujarat Government Education Department, Sanchavalaya Gandhinagar, as per the provisions of the relevant standing resolutions / declarations regarding the existence of Saka Shri, Gujarat State Educational Staff Recruitment Committee, Gujarat State has provided large number of students in government and non-government (subsidized) secondary and higher secondary schools in the state.  With this in mind, recruitment of about 6900 education assistants has been carried out during the year 2019-2020. 

Under the recruitment of Education Assistants in the field of Education in the State, GIPL, Gandhinagar has developed a type of software that can be applied online by the candidates who are keen to make their career in the field of Education in all the districts at their convenience and convenience.  This software has been used by thousands of qualified candidates.  In order to make this whole process transparent and fair, Document Verification Centers have been set up at every district headquarters across the state to check the details given by the candidates in the online applications.  Thus, at a total of 34 district level Document Verification Centers, the candidates who are included in the first provisional grading list will have their application form / marks / certificates verified by the candidates at their convenience as per their convenience.
