LIST OF CANDIDATES FOR DOCUMENT VERIFICATION PROCESS FOR SELECTION TO THE POST OF VIDYUT SAHAYAK (JUNIOR ASSISTANT) Cut-off marks of the candidates who are called in for documents verification on 22/03/2021, 23/03/2021 & 24/03/2021 are as under:

THE CANDIDATES HAVE TO BRING FOLLOWING CERTIFICATES IN ORIGINAL AND ONE ATTESTED XEROX SET AS APPLICABLE:

· Printed Application Form with Fees Receipt.

· Two Passport size Photograph.

· School Leaving Certificate.

· Mark Sheets (SSC, HSC, each Semester/year wise graduation mark sheet, and Degree Certificate).

· Caste Certificate (If belonging to reserved category)/EWS Certificate.

· Latest Non Creamy Layer Certificate in the form of “Parishisht-K” or “Parishis-4” Gujarati only (If belonging to SEBC category).

· Medical Certificate (For Physical Handicapped Candidates).

· Identification Proof (Voter ID/ Pan Card/ Driving License / Aadhar Card) any one of them.

· Residential Address Proof (Electricity bill/ Telephone Bill/ Ration Card, etc) any one of them.

· Domicile Certificate (If applicable).

· Any Other relevant documents.

VENUE: Conference Hall, HR Building, R&C Office, UGVCL, Visnagar Link Road, Mehsana-1.

NOTE: 1. The List is for document verification purpose to check the eligibility criteria as required for the selection process, which does not confer the right of appointment. 2. The candidates must have to follow the guideline of GoG & GOI for Social Distancing and others pertaining to Covid-19 which is published from time to time by the Government. 3. Candidates should have to be sanitized before entering the Conference Hall. Face Mask is compulsory throughout the process of document verification.
