Important Announcement State Tax Inspector Advertisement No. published by the Commission
for the recruitment of the posts of State Tax Inspector, Class-III (Adv No. 109
/ 2019-20) for the candidates of the main written examination of Class-III, Adv
No. 109 / 2019-20 : - The result of the
preliminary test held on 07/03/2021 for Adv No. 109 / 2019-20 has been
published on 19/05/2021. Will
remain. Candidates can appear for the
main written examination on 27/05/2021 from 13.00 hrs. Fill in the “online * application form till
13.00 hrs on 17/06/2021 and upload the required documents (17/06/2021 , 23:59
hrs). Application forms and certificates received from the candidates.
Recruitment rules for the above posts,
Recruitment Examination) Candidates will be admitted to the Main
Examination (Written) on a tentative basis without checking the eligibility
criteria as per the rules and advertisement provision. The decision of the Commission regarding
admission in the main examination (written) shall be final and no
correspondence against the decision of the Commission shall be taken into
consideration.
Note: Candidate has to fill up the main examination form first. And only then will the certificates have to be uploaded. If the candidate tries to upload the certificates without filling up the main exam form, the message “Application not found” will appear.

for the main written exam should follow the important instructions given below.
Main Exam Application Form Online and How to Upload Documents:-
· To fill up the Main Exam Application Form one has to go to the website https://gpsc-ojas.gujarat.gov.in
· Go to the call letter / Form section on the website and click on the main exam call letter / form.
· Then you have to select your advertisement in the job and enter the confirmation number and ate of birth and click on ok button.
· By doing so, you will see the following information filled in the application form of the primary examination in which the candidate can amend. (1) Address (2) Educational Qualification (3) Mobile No.
· After completing the above procedure, the candidate has to click on save and lock button and submit the application. .
· Completion of the above procedure will retrieve the information of the candidate.
· It cannot be improved later. Save and lock the candidate's mobile number. There will be a message to upload the document on https://gpsc-iass.gujarat.gov.in
· If the candidate is of reserved category then print main exam form and upload documents online tab will appear.
· You have to upload your own documents by clicking on upload documents online. If the candidate is of non-reserved category (I) print post office challan (2). online payment of fees (3) check your payment status (4) online payment receipt (5) print main exam form (6) upload documents online tab will appear, the candidate will have to upload his documents accurately by clicking on it. Non-reserved category candidates have to pay Rs. 150 / - will have to be paid. They will be able to pay the fee online. If the candidate has paid the fee online and the fee money has been deducted from the bank and is not accessible, then the candidate can find out by clicking on check your payment status in ip / Query. To pay the fee at the post office, click on the print post office chalan and get a printout at the nearest post office with a commuter facility. 150 / - fee + postal service charges have to be paid and challan has to be obtained.
