Qualification Details:

·  Station Controller/ Train Operator (SC/TO): Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical / Electrical / Computer Science or Electronic discipline from a Government Recognized University / Institute.

·  Customer Relations Assistant(CRA): Science Graduate in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics discipline from a Government Recognized University / Institute.

·    Junior Engineer (JE): Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics from a Government Recognized University / Institute.

·    Maintainer (MTNR): SSLC pass with ITI (Two Years) in Fitter /Electrician / Electronics) from a Government Recognized University / Institute.

Experience:

·    Please Read Official Notification.

Required Age Limit:

·    Not be more than 28 years.

·    Age Relaxation As Per Rule.

·    Age will be calculated on the  Date: 21/01/2021

Salary Package:

·    Station Controller/ Train Operator (SC/TO): RS: 33000-100000.

·    Customer Relations Assistant(CRA): RS: 25000-80000.

·    Junior Engineer (JE): RS: 33000-100000.

·    Maintainer (MTNR): RS: 20000-60000.

Application Fees:

·    UR Category: Rs.600/-

·    SEBC/OBC: Rs.300/-

·     ST, SC Category: Rs.150/-

Examination:

· Paper-based test for the eligible candidate who meets the educational qualification and other criteria mentioned.

·    Written Test: 100 marks

·    Gujarati Language test: 20 marks

Securing minimum score (General category candidates 60 percent marks and for reservation category (SC/ST / OBC) candidates 50 percent marks) in the test of Gujarati language shall only be considered for selection. The marks in the Gujarati language will not be considered for merit listing.

GMRC Examination Pattern:

·  For Station Controller / Train Operator (SC / TO), Customer Relations Assistant (CRA) & Junior Engineer: The duration of the test will be 120 minutes (2 hours) for all parts together. The test will consist of Gujarati language (20 questions), Logical ability & Reasoning (20 questions) and Quantitative aptitude (20 questions), General English (20 questions), and Technical Knowledge (40 questions).

·    For Maintainers (MTNR): The duration of the test will be 120 minutes. The test will consist of 100 questions: Technical Knowledge (40 questions), Gujarati language (20 questions), Logical ability & Reasoning (15 questions), Quantitative aptitude (10 questions), and General English (15 questions).

PENALTY FOR WRONG ANSWERS:

·    There will be penalties for wrong answers marked in the Objective Tests. For each question for which a wrong answer has been given by the candidate; ‘one-fourth’ of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as a penalty to arrive at a corrected score. If a question is left blank, i.e., no answer is marked by the candidate, there will be no penalty for that question.
