Qualification Details And Experience:

·    GENERAL MANAGER: Graduate / Post Graduate from recognized University/C.A / C.A.I.I.B having a minimum of 15 years experience of which minimum of 5 years experiences in Co-operative Bank/Commercial Bank/NABARD/Financial Institution. Experience in Banking Technology will be an advantage.

·    DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER: Graduate / Post Graduate from recognized University / M.Com / C.A / C.A.I.I.B having a minimum of 12 years experience of which minimum of 5 years experiences in Co-operative Bank / Commercial Bank / NABARD / Financial Institution. Experience in Banking Technology will be an advantage.

·    ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER (I.T.): Graduate / Post Graduate In Information Technology from recognized University / M.E.(I.T) / B.E.(I.T.) / MCA With a minimum of 8 years experience in I.T. including Accounts / Banking sector. Preference would be given to those with knowledge in Cyber Security & Banking Technology.

·    ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER (Funds Management): Post Graduate from recognized University/M.B.A (Finance) with a minimum of 10 years experience of which minimum of 10 years experience in the Debt Market / Account and Banking / Financial Sector.

·    ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER: Graduate / Post Graduate from recognized University / M.Com / M.B.A with a minimum of 8 years experience of which a minimum of 5 years experience in the Account and Banking / Financial Sector.

·    SENIOR MANAGER (I.T.): Graduate in IT from a recognized University with a minimum of 5 years experience in Banking/ Finance/IT sector will be considered for IT Cadre. (Age limit not above 40)

·    SENIOR MANAGER: Graduate with a minimum of 10 years experience of which 8 years in accounts in the Accounts/ Banking/ Marketing sector. Performance would be given to those having degree/diploma in the field of Finance, Cooperation & Rural Economy, Marketing. etc. (Age limit not above 40)

·    MANAGER (I.T): M.C.A/ B.C.A/B.E.(IT) with 55% marks from a recognized university and a minimum of 5 years experience in Banking Technology is a must. (Age limit not above 35)

·    MANAGER: Any Graduation with 55% marks from recognized University with 5 years experience in Banking / Any Financial Institution/Rural economy sector.

·    ASSISTANT MANAGER: Any Graduation with 50% marks from a recognized University with 3 years experience in Banking / Any Financial Institution/Rural economy sector.

Required Age Limit:

·    GENERAL MANAGER: Not be more than 55 years

·    DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER: Not be more than 50 years

·    ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER (I.T.): Not be more than 45 years

·   ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER (Funds Management): Not be more than 45 years

·    ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER: Not be more than 45 years

·    SENIOR MANAGER (I.T.): Not be more than 40 years

·    SENIOR MANAGER: Not be more than 40 years

·    MANAGER (I.T): Not be more than 35 years

·    MANAGER: Not be more than 35 years

·    ASSISTANT MANAGER: Not be more than 30 years

·    Basic Computer Knowledge is essential for Non-IT posts.
