Details Of Vacancies:
Qualification Details:
· Graduation
in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification
recognized as such by the Central Government.
Experience:
· Please Read Official
Notification.
Required Age Limit:
· Not below 21 years.
· Not be more than 30 years.
· Age Relaxation As Per Rules.
· Age will be calculated on the Date: 01/12/2021
Salary Package:
· Presently, the starting basic pay is 36,000/- on
the scale of 36000-1490/7-46430-1740/2-49910-1990/7-63840 applicable to Junior Management Grade Scale-I plus one increment for each completed year of service rendered in officer cadre in Scheduled Commercial Bank/ Regional Rural Bank as of 01.12.2021. However, the maximum advance increment has been capped at 2 (two), irrespective of the duration of experience gained in previous employment. The official will also be eligible for D.A, H.R.A/ Lease rental, C.C.A, Medical, and other allowances & perquisites as per rules in force from time to time.

Examination:
· The
selection process consists of Online Written tests, Screening, and interviews.
Online Written Test:
The online written tests will consist of Objective Tests for 120 marks and Descriptive Tests for 50 marks. The Descriptive Test will be administered immediately after the conclusion of the Objective Test and candidates will have to type their Descriptive Test answers on the computer.
(1) Objective Test: The duration of the objective test is 2 hours and it consists of 4 Sections of a total of 120 marks. There will be separate timing for every section.
(2) Descriptive Test: The duration of the Descriptive Test is 30 minutes. It will be a Test of English Language (Letter Writing & Essay) with two questions for a total of 50 marks.
There will be no penalty for wrong answers marked in Objective Tests.
Screening: Online applications and documents of candidates, who are shortlisted based on performance in online examination, will be placed before the Screening Committee.
Interview: The interview will consist of 50 marks. Candidates will have to score minimum qualifying marks in the interview to be considered for final selection. The minimum qualifying marks will be decided by the Bank.
