Qualification Details:

·    Female Health Worker (FHW): Female Health Worker Basic Training Course Pass.

·    Multi-Purpose Health Worker (MPW): Multi-Purpose Health Worker Course Pass OR SI Course Pass.

·    Medical Officer: MBBS.

·    Pharmacist: B.Farm.

·    Lab Technician: Diploma in Lab Technician.

Experience:

·    Female Health Worker (FHW):- Not be more than 34 years.

·    Multi-Purpose Health Worker (MPW):- Not be more than 34 years.

·    Medical Officer:- Not be more than 36 years.
