English Typing	As per Formula
Tender Notice	15 – Marks for Typing (As per formula), 15 – Marks for Instructions
Excel	Marks will be given according to the difficulty level of the instructions.
PowerPoint	1 – Mark for Typing (As per Formula) 3 – Marks each for all 3 Slides (As per Instructions)
Word Formatting	Marks will be given according to the difficulty level of the instructions.

The formula for Typing Marks:

CALCULATION:

TWQP: Count of Total Words to be typed as per QP

TRC: Count of Total Words Typed by Candidate

CWT: Count of Correct Words Typed by Candidate

WWT: Count of Wrong Words Typed by Candidate

MXM: Maximum Marks

POA : Percentage of Accuracy POA = [(CWT * 100)/TWQP] - [ (WWT*100*0.5) / TRC]

MARKS = (MXM * POA) / 100

(Minimum Marks = 0)

Candidates obtaining Negative Marks after applying the above formula will be converted to 0 (Zero).
