Instructions for Bank Account Details Submission for GPSSB Junior Clerk: 2023

The Gujarat Panchayat Seva Selection Board has released an advertisement (No- 12/2122) regarding a competitive examination for the Junior Clerk (Administration/Accounts) Cadre. The examination is scheduled to be held on 09-04-2023 (Sunday) from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM. As per the decision of the board, each candidate appearing in the main examination will be charged a maximum of Rs. 254/-, which will be deposited in the candidate's bank account online. After obtaining the data of the candidates who appear in the examination, the board plans to deposit the above-mentioned amount in their accounts approximately between the 20th to 30th of April 2023.

Candidates who are appearing in the examination are required to fill in their bank account details in the online form available on the OJAS website, after downloading their call letter from the same website. While filling out the online form, candidates must keep in mind the following instructions. To remain updated, candidates are advised to regularly check www.globlegujarat.in.

Guidelines for Bank Account Details Submission for GPSSB  Exam.

1. By clicking on the notice board on the website https://ojas.gujarat.gov.in given below, the reimbursement application form will open.
2. All the details in this online form have to be filled in capital letters only in English
3. Only the details filled in in the online form placed on the OJAS website will be accepted. No physical form will be accepted.
4. The candidate has to fill in the bank account details accurately as per the details mentioned in the passbook/checkbook given by his bank. The candidate has to fill in the account number and IFCS code as per the passbook/checkbook given by his bank.
5. The candidate shall fill in the above information with due care and accuracy and within the time limit, in which the candidate himself/herself shall be responsible for any mistake or entry of the wrong bank account number/wrong IFSC code. It is to be noted that later any representation regarding this matter will not be entertained by the Board.
6. Only the online form filled by the candidates with the above details between 31-3-2023 at 13:00 hrs and 9-4-2023 at 12:30 hrs will be accepted.
7. In any case, if a candidate cannot fill in the above bank details online immediately after downloading his call letter, then even after downloading the call letter Date On 9/4/2023 till 12:30 hrs one can fill in their bank details online in the prescribed form on the OJAS website.
8. The candidate Date Only those candidates who have appeared in the written examination on 09-04-2023 will give the examination and have filled in their bank details in the Reimbursement application on the OJAS website within the stipulated period will be eligible to receive the above amount.
